Three things I need to improve in my communication skills
I do believe my communication skills are fairly good, but I
can surely improve further. I need to be more bold and sure while stating my
views instead of doubting. I need to slow down as I speak, for better pronunciation.
Lastly, I also need to be a better listener.
Overcoming problems of working in a small group
Conflicts, in a working team is almost inevitable. However,
when every member in the small group is attentive and active, the workload can
be equally shared, leaving no room for blame. Opinions should be voiced
politely, and tolerance is essential among the members. Getting along despite differences,
makes us humans.
Facebook Friends
It is undeniable that Facebook is an excellent platform for
people to create or sustain bonds through the internet. Facebook friends can
include the ones we meet daily, or the strangers we have not met before. While
these internet friends can be our attention, do not neglect our reality’s
obligations.
